The Site

The site is located on the Goldthorn Hotel site, with Penn Road to the South East and Oaklands Road to the North. The Goldthorn Hotel has not been publicly open as a hotel for some time. If plans are approved, the site would be secured and the main building demolished so a new Lidl foodstore, parking and perimeter landscaping can be provided.
